Every person employed as crew by the Employer, based on an employment agreement, on one of the vessels chartered and/or managedby the employer.

The"Rules and regulations under the Collectieve bargain Agreement for ships crew employed by Stichting Freenpeace Counsil" with the documents attached or to be attached to them, forming an inseparable part of this Collectieve Labour Agreement

Scope
